Concepts so far are on page 2 of this discussion

HypnoThoughts member and friend Alan Barsky recently let me know that he has procured us a merchandise production company that will give us a great deal on shirts for the members here. Now all we have to do is figure out what we want on them!

You can come up with whatever you want: T-shirt, polo shirt, sweatshirt, coffee mug, stickers, temporary tattoos, etc. and play with whatever branding you want. You can use the logo from the home page banner or make something original. Make it as professional or casual as you want it.

The winner will receive a free shirt of their design as well as a ticket to the Global Hypnosis eSummit. This means the winner is getting about $150 worth of free stuff.

So break out your crayons and thinking caps and email your concepts to me ASAP by sending them to Scott@GOhypnotherapy.com (don't upload them here please).

I will post the best submissions to the site for voting once we get closer.

I'm looking forward to seeing what you guys can come up with.

-Scott

er...I want to adjust that image...that was just a 'conceptual' image. I'll try to have my brother draw it out. My brother is an amazing artist....below is an entry on my dads site with a drawing that my brother did of Einstein.

ahh such creativity abounds amongst the brilliant hypnotherapists here.

I like them all but I really like the purple ball that looks like a planet.

The problem with the planet one is that it would be a nightmare for a screen printer with the fading colors. Believe me I used to help my dad screen print...simple colors are the easiest. Fades and transitions can be a pain.

About the whole gradient problem thing I've seen commented on here ... that's not necessarily an issue. I made a t shirt for CafePress in the past which came out nicely, and it had gradients and smooth blends of colors. Well, a couple spots where there were some gradients--now I look at it again, I see I did make it mostly blocks of color: http://t-shirts.cafepress.com/item/2002-ash-grey-tshirt/4000789.

So take what I just said with a grain of salt, lol.

Also, don't forget that once we have a design we like as the best one ... if it's one that's got too many gradients, that can be edited until the printer's happy with it. That might be simplification of colors, resizing, upping the resolution, whatever.

Michael, 1. If you were referring to me, I never conflated eliciting an IMR with a client's guaranteed outcome, and so I'd have to reject your statement as a straw man fallacy. Also, if you're saying that eliciting an IMR could never have a bearing…

I was a nearly constant daydreamer as a child, and I think it's a pity that our culture does its best to drive that ability out of children rather than teaching them to use it. There's a quote from T.E. Lawrence (aka Lawrence of Arabia): "All men d…

I'm interested in learning self-hypnosis, is there a way to do it without a hypnotist implanting a PHS? (I say this because I don't know one.) If so, how? Should I make a recording? I tried an Elman induction for it but it didn't work because I st…
