Now I am wondering if anyone beside me ever massaged any pet or hypnotized them?

If yes, would you share your opinion and experience with me?

I have a HypnoPet Domain and I am working on adding my information plus any other value information you would like to add, I am hoping it will be a nationwide, so I can have other hypnotist on my website .....

PS: This is more like a Pet Services, so don't get the wrong idea lol... I am offering Pet Services, such as a huge franchise opportunity with a thriving future that gives you incredible freedom, and a career that offers long-term growth and income potential working with HypnoPet... for pet sitting and dog walking franchise servicing...
That goes with Hypnosis the owners as well as for their pet...

Did you know, when couple breakup, their dog is actually is suffering from PTSD?

I am fairly new to hypnosis but have a long history in animal welfare and rescue-- and I agree with Rebecca that this "crazy" dog has certainly not been hypnotized. She doesn't seem to be being treated very respectfully either (I believe they even refer to her as 'it' at one point).

I'd also recommend Tellington Touch as a way to go for something close to animal hypnosis that really puts the animal's well being first and foremost. I think the idea is fascinating but this is just not an appealing video at all and seems to be more of a joke than anything else.

I understand how you feel, This dog was a well trained dog and yes the dog was hypnotized like any other trained dog can be, I am sure they used some humor with it that wasn't so funny, but my point was to tell people that it is possible.

Thanks for sharing your opinion.

Respectfully, Doreen

I remember my dog would go into a spaced out place when I rubbed her chest, just below the collar. (The collar would be off at the time).

I'm not entirely positive that the dog was in hypnosis, but its possible. I remember reading about a technique (for humans) which used the fact that when you suddenly fall back, your eyes close. So when the dog finds itself relaxed and comfortable safe, and its eyes suddenly close..... All the pieces are there

I understand-- and I think you're tackling an interesting subject. Aside from the fact that it's just hard to define what hypnosis means in a critter, my real issue is the way they seem to treat the dog-- if I were a potential client interested in animal hypnosis I'd be running the other way after seeing this video. I know it's not your video and understand how you're presenting it as proof of concept but still just wondering if it might do more harm than good that way. That aside, good luck with the site and the project!

I came across this video from the BBC (embedding is disabled). It looks like these animals are getting hypnotized with the same sort of Neurological (Evolution based) mechanism as the Dog.

(Didn't President Truman do something with hypnotizing chickens?)

My dog is a great subject he listens to tapes and cds with me and out he goes. I practice inductions on him, and he is out. I also use deepeners with him. He is just a tranced out puppy.
