Gerry please more on Ultra Height. Even a small book. How to approach addictions? How to approach PTSD? So far your solutions have been simple and elegant. And put a fire under these troops so they will get excited and involved.

Hi all. I am not an Omni grad. I have only bought some of the DVDs including Ultra Height. I love this modality and will use it often. I would appreciate you guys with Ultra Height experience to give the rest of us tips and strategies. Especially on treating PTSD and Alcoholism. Also is there anybody good in San Diego? If so, Who?

Hello. A couple of months ago I purchased a few of instructional DVD's from the center. Loved the fact that they were downloadable since I did not have to wait for them in the mail, wished other trainers who sell online would catch on to this convenient method. Just loved Jerry's teaching style, since travelling to Florida is not within my means for now, the next best thing is the training videos.

Hello everyone. I recently completed the Basic-Advanced Video Training and it's been a tremendous experience. Now I don't remember how I thought hypnosis was some months ago, before I started to watch the DVDs! Great stuff, and great to be able to share experiences with this group. Thank you very much Mr. Kein! Best wishes to everyone.

Hello to all and have a great weekend.
Be careful Jerry, someone might think your car is a hot dog and eat it....

Question - I've got a smoking client that I've worked with only once, and I expect great results from our session. I would not call him resistant though he gives me the feeling he's worried about 'missing something' ... the complication is that he's hard of hearing, even with 2 hearing aids. He seems to want to check (open his eyes periodically) to be sure that he's not missing anything. Any advice with working with hard of hearing clients?
George Guarino Comment by George Guarino on January 13, 2009 at 8:59pm
Jerry - Still using Ultra-Height whenever I can, whenever I feel that the client is deep enough to 'go there' . I'd guestimate I've used it a dozen times since August. It's great, and the reaction at the end of a session is so profound, and the insights that the clients come up with for themselves are wonderful... My most recent weight client had the profound realization that she is addicted to food (480lb) which she had not understood until that moment, much like a drug. We can now begin to work on releasing her weight. I have yet to work with it multiple times with the same client, but that's coming.

Also just wanted to mention that your podcasts with Bob are an inspiration. Please keep them coming. Just re-listened to the one about children and love the ball in the bucket induction... I've used it with 'big-kids' too (40-50 somethings). I find that any 'kid' stuff, or 'let's pretend' stuff, helps foster a regression... it basically gives the client permission to use their imagination and off they go.

You're the man Jerry! Be well. G

Kelly, the redirection to joy is an interesting concept. Has nothing to do with getting a new car for Christmas! I believe the reason emotions fail, and then prevail over actions is due to what the Behavioral Psychologists term "Associational Lear…

Thank you, Paul. I agree wholeheartedly with the need to redirect to JOY. It seems most all hypno paths lead to that desired destination. I love your Christmas Grief idea; I had two calls just yesterday involving that issue as this is the season tha…

Excellent point James! Spock IS "so showy" (and frighteningly authoritarian) with his techniques, and he therefore most probably DOES "give all Vulcans a bad name". As a matter of fact, his signature "Vulcan Mind-Meld" technique looks UNCANNILY like…
