meditation on being peaceful and transcendant and sending healing energy to loved ones every day sets a tone for me.

I don't get as angry. I think about what I AM grateful for in my present instead of what I am ungrateful and mad about.

Sometimes, I feel like I have so much information and I don;t know how to get it out! I figure many of you feel the same, at times. So I thought that would be a friendly way to do it!
