I'd like to second Kelley's advice; this would be similar to my approach and I find it very effective. I find that if you unpack the vast majority of presenting issues you'll eventually you'll find the negative belief: I'm not good enough (arrive...

Hi Adrian Just had a look at your website and it seems OK to me it says what you do clearly it's positive not too much info and to me not too little. When I designed my first one (looks amature -ish) I got it checked by a guy who does SEO work, he...

When it comes to those who are reluctant to move on from your therapy sessions, why not just give them what they want (provided that's therapy, not legal or canine advice obviously): they are seemingly benefiting from it, enjoy it, and you can use...

I don't see the point in it, unless it's as a bit of a security blanket for the client. If your suggestions work, they work - repeated listening shouldn't be required if you hit the right (emotional) spot the first time... A friend of mine who ha...

Hiya Ricky, I think my favorite hypnotherapy book has to be Wordweaving by Trevor Sylvester. Although ostensibly a book about the use of hypnotic language (part 3 of the book), it is parts 1 and 2 which are the most interesting. Part 1 steps out...

Hi Dale, In my mind, I'd tread very carefully with this. Alcohol addiction isn't a simple matter, it's very personal and so there really is no such thing as "a good script to stop drinking". As Michael says, "ask your client what she believes is...

What are you looking for on this site?
Well, I like to collect anonymous people's avatars from the internets?! ;-)

Seriously though, I hope to exchange ideas and contacts, build future collaborations and simply just get to know some new people.

So please leave me a message, I always love to hear from friendly people!
About Me:
Thanks for stopping by and looking at my profile. I'm a hypnotherapist and Master NLP Practitioner (whatever that is supposed to be...) working in Manchester (UK). Also, I am training to be a psychotherapist. I really enjoy working with people and I'm very lucky to have found this role in life.

You see - to me, the most important thing is freedom. The freedom to be yourself; the freedom to live without restriction. In my ideal world, we would exist unchained from poverty, oppression, and mass-manipulation. Perhaps we're too easily distracted by (non)celebrity gossip, or buying sh!t that we don't need, to realise our true worth.

(Hint: it is infinite!)

And... I love my job! It doesn't really feel like a job, more of a vocation. To an extent, it defines who I am. When it comes to the phenomenon that is hypnosis, I love reading about it, learning about it, doing it. It is fair to say I am at least part geek... ;-)

You can read more at my blog: http://adriantannock.com - I use it to explore hypnosis, NLP, self-development and spirituality - all things that are important to me... Check it out and drop me a line!

Cheers,

Adrian
Hobbies:
hypnosis and NLP, wasting time on the Internet, reading - mostly non-fiction, playing / watching football, daoism (is daoism a hobby?), chess, martial arts, erm... pr0n?*

Thanks for the salutations Adrian. Wishing you the best.

BTW, I liked reading your profile. Parts of it made me chuckle. You exhibit a good sense of humor, subtle though in nature. I plan on reading your blog. Maybe we will be able to chat or skype sometime. Cheers.
