I've found a source of Lightscribe discs on the net which are really cheap. I paid £11.88 for a tub of 50 cd's (delivery included). http://www.discworlduk.co.uk/Ridisc-CDR-52x-Lightscribe-v1.2-50-Cake-p-75192.html considering what you save on ink ...
I can second that, I have a lightscribe system and it's excellent. Specialist discs are needed but at just a few pence more it makes no odds and the results are fantastic.
Even better use a Lightscribe drive. The results are exceptional!
I just thought of something I had seen used for a sleeping hypnosis track years ago. It was along the lines of using time distortion and possibly suggesting that the person can feel even more rested as it can feel like a full 8 hours of sleep etc.
