I know the "legendary" became somewhat of a joke however I think we all also took it deeply in our hearts as well! Are you familiar with the poem The Dash? I won't speak for anyone else but I can say for me your legend and your dash has made mine smoother, bolder and more defined!

I know, the dark, long hair is not looking like me anymore, with my blonde, short and grayish - ha! I need to find a pic of me that I actually like with my new look. I just love this picture, my son took it of me last year in Orlando. It was a sweet memory and I liked the picture with the Tiger, it's simply the hair that is different.
Shanti was a name I was given in an automatic writing session. I looked it up after receiving it and found it meant "peace" and loved it, so I used it as an online "handle". But yes, I'm Alice Annette Aliaga-Danielson, aka Allie - (smile!)
By the way, the deep breathing that I use in hypnosis is also what I was taught in an automatic writing session, actually last year before I ever considered learning hypnosis. "Stacked Breaths of 3", 3 deep breaths, each one deeper than the next. I'ts been effective for me and whomever I've practiced with, the "stacked" breaths.

I'm guessing this refers to Albert Ellis, founder of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (and grandfather of CBT). Check Amazon for loads of his books.
Profound subconscious change happens through Yoga and Hypnosis. When we combine the two, the positive effects to mind and body are almost immediately life altering.
This is a place where hypnotists and yogis, and everyone in between, are welcome.
Research also shows that you can be a success using text trance if you use an extra space here and there to note out words or phrases to the unconscious mind.
To inbed a message, does it have to stand out from the rest of the text, or will the subconscious see it anyway?
