Hand Drumming is done by playing on what is called a Djembe from Africa. It is an hourglass shape and is very hypnotic both playing and listening to. It is an easy skill to learn and wonderful to play and dance to. Check in your area, I am sure there are many different groups that you can experience. Thanks for your interest!

- Have you seen the Justin James street hypnosis clip? It was great. I bought the speed trance dvd from John Cerbone. Good stuff. The techniques that he teaches can be used in a clinical setting also. When we get together I'll bring it.
