I have come to believe in the power of “intent”…be it negative or positive intent. Through my belief in “intent”…and some education in metaphysics as well as my belief Christianity…I can now say that I have an increased understanding of the power we all have within us.

Creativity Delayed
I have had such a creative week in the area of self improvement. So very many projects I could start. the worse part is that I am working 2 fulltime jobs and in graduate school so those projects and creative ideas will have to be put aside. I am so afraid I will loose those wonderful ideas. becuse its going to take pieces of this and that from my resources to build such projects. I just have NO time to work on them. Woe is me !

My Best EFT Experience to date.
Good Morning, this is my first blog (still haven’t figure out what a blog actually is) but such as it is...here I go.........
I began using EFT approximately a year ago, unfaithfully I might add. I love it but am not sure why I wasn’t using in consistently......I thought it would be something worthy of using in my position as a Drug / Alcohol counselor due to the plethora of types of addictions and personalities I come across daily, this seems to be the one consistent thing that might aid in sym… Continue
