Following up on James suggestion re self hypnosis CD - you may download a self hypnosis mp3 for free from my site if you would like. Members here and clients from around the world apparently find it very effective.

I can second that, I have a lightscribe system and it's excellent. Specialist discs are needed but at just a few pence more it makes no odds and the results are fantastic.
Even better use a Lightscribe drive. The results are exceptional!
