I have found that the true change for people is the reflection of the inward shown to the outward, by blending the base of Meditation view points and the base of Hypnosis I have been able to effect change that surpassed the want of "quiting somethin…

What are you looking for on this site?
Am currently working on my masters - my thesis is on "Meditation and Hypnosis: Differences and Similarities". Have been doing some research through the written media, but alas as soon as it is put to text it is outdated. I am open to information describing or showing a comparative between the two.
I have found that if you don't jump in with both feet you will never fully experience the water!
About Me:
As I said above I'm currently working on my masters - my thesis is on "Meditation and Hypnosis: The differences and similarities". I am currently an ACEP member, and an ordained minister working towards a Ph.D. in Holistic Life Counseling from the University of Sedona in Arizona. I do some writing in my spare time - my current project being a second book of poetry, three SciFi novelettes, and one epic - co-authored with my wife.
It seems that whenever we push the envelope - the known - we discover more of what we seem to be drawn to from "the other side". I have been meditating on and off for the past thirty-eight years, after first discovering it in a college young adult summer retreat program. I was so taken by the personal discoveries and of those my fellow explorers that it has become a lifelong endeavor and indeed pleasure. During those days I would listen to pre-recorded discussions by Allen Watts on psychology, spirituality and other subjects on late-night FM radio, while reading a book of C. Jung's, or J. Hillerman's. Today I am facilitating guided and non-guided meditation sessions along with my current practice of Holistic Family Counseling, where I can help my clients choose between meditation or hypnosis to further help in their process of healing and self-discovery. It still makes me ecstatic to participate in this "The Grand Experiment". There will always be new and exciting things to discover and explore.
Hobbies:
Obviously, writing and poetry ;) ; teaching my eight-year old who is home schooled also taking him to extra-curricular classes at the local Home School Resource Center; assisting my wife with her photography business. (To see more of her work visit http://www.igotheshot.com)

Last week I posted free sessions no strings attached, and that is what it is. I love working, even if I have to work all day at my "normal" job and just do sessions at night. I'm ok with that, I was asked what do I get out of this, I get the spiritu…

Bereavement is not necessarily about losing a loved one. It can be anything that shatters you to the point where your life feels like a puzzle with the pieces scattered to the four winds. How can we help?
