Is Hypnosis Energy Work or is Energy Work Hypnosis...
Lots of opinions on this one.
Back in the day I used to think of hypnosis and energy work as being separate but parallel entities. Then after hanging out with the Marknosis crew who patently espoused that all energy work was just another name for hypnosis.
I have kind of come around to the exact opposite perspective meaning that in my world view (arguably biased) hypnosis is yet just another manifestation of energy work.
I could talk on and on about this but I would realy like to hear your th… Continue

- Hey, I just thought about a kind of interesting idea. I'm wondering if you could create some kind of audio recording to help the members of the language patterns group to 'wire in' these patterns into their unconscious. Possibly things like "the more you participate in the hypnotic language patterns group the more you will find..."...blah...blah. Maybe even you could use some nested loops and possibly some metaphors. This could also be a GREAT way for you to get people to go to your blog. I'm sure you have all kinds of tricks up your sleeves to wire these patterns into peoples minds.

I'm guessing this refers to Albert Ellis, founder of Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (and grandfather of CBT). Check Amazon for loads of his books.
Profound subconscious change happens through Yoga and Hypnosis. When we combine the two, the positive effects to mind and body are almost immediately life altering.
This is a place where hypnotists and yogis, and everyone in between, are welcome.
Research also shows that you can be a success using text trance if you use an extra space here and there to note out words or phrases to the unconscious mind.
To inbed a message, does it have to stand out from the rest of the text, or will the subconscious see it anyway?
