- I am a wife, mother of 3, and business owner. Sixteen years ago Hypnosis gave me a life, and I've been able to re-pay that gift through thousands of incredibly uplifting Hypnosis comedy performances. And a few duds too. I was a person with low self- esteem and weight issues. Once I learned Hypnosis it literally broke me out of my shell. I have much gratitude for what this field has brought to my life. I can thank a "Comedy Hypnosis Show" for traveling all over the world. It's now my pleasure to pass on all the incredible gifts that I have gained to the many people that cross my path.
- Hobbies:
- Living in the mountains provides the opportunity for all outdoor sports. I love to hike, run, ski, kayak, snow shoe, and whatever else I can do with my family. Pilates is a favorite too. In the past year, running has become a hobby. I ran my first Marathon-the San Diego Rock n Roll Marathon in May, and am now training for #2 in September. Running has taught me amazing mental strategies that I now apply to my life and business. Reading a good book inspires me, Scuba diving is fun on vacation, and I love hanging out with my husband and kids.

As can I. However, some techniques I was originally taught in class were specified for only pain of a non-medically assignable cause. Needless to say, I have also moved on since then.
