I am assuming that you have lower back pain, or sciatica? I would suggest continuing to do the psoas release exersice each day, and then follow it directly with the progressive relaxation exercise. you will get double the benefit. LOve and hugs,...

I do a psoas release exercise daily also. It has a similar effect but not as dramatic. The ones from the relaxation travel from the pelvis to the shoulders.

100 years of Guiding

Joey and I are getting ready for our gig tommorow,
in South Shields.
We are winding down
before going for breakfast.

Watching video of our last Gig,
and laughing so hard, that
Joey nearly fell off his chair

feel free to laugh as you watch this.

Love and hugs,

feed the birds... Tu'pence a bag

My friend, colleague and fellow hypnothoughts member Gary Lintern, produced this four minute slice of life at my palace in Sunderland.

I have been training the local pigeons for about six months now, and have finnaly got them to come and feed on cue...
the cue being, me playing "feed the Birds" on the musical saw.

The next step is getting them to do an act on the tight rope.

Don't hold your breath!

Enjoy!

Frogs into Princes... the movie! take one.

Today I finally got round to making the long awaited video of the legendary "Frogs into princes routine"

One take, and no editing, so excuse the unpolished nature of this classic, transformational tale.

About Me:
As well as being a profesional Hypnotherapist/psychotherapist and storyteller for almost 30 years, I also practice a whole range of 'Circus Skills' Including playing the musical saw.

Warning: the empowering story you can listen to in my music section is about 17 minutes long, and I advice you not to listen to it whilst doing other things, as it will definately take you into trance. Make sure you have 20 minutes to dedicate to listening. let your eyes close any time you want, so that you can see the movie in your head.
Some of the story is original, one part owes a lot to some respected teachers of mine, including Robert Masters, and Jean Houston and I would like to acknowledge that.

Good morning, Fable. I greedily tried downloading your PMR mp3 gift and for some reason I am directed to an expired link. Have I tried pressing the wrong button?

Aw, Fable. I would send you the now-non-smoking roofer who is bartering his services for hypnosis were it not that long journey between us! I had a roof leak that created quite the eyesore right in the middle of my livingroom. The funny thing was that I was loathe (heh heh) to repair the sheetrock once the leak was fixed. It somehow served purpose to remind me of imperfection...a state that I needed to be aware of.
And I'm loving your deep relaxation recording with your charming accent, btw! Will report results later...Kelley

Hi Fable - ah the old circus skills - I have been an actor for thirty years in addition to my hypnotherapy work but was a clown and serial improviser early on. I was last in your area at Newcastle Theatre Royal in a couple of Gershwin Musicals for Opera North. I too have had an odd and interesting life!

More skeptical on whether or not I can be hypnotized. I am pretty sure that if hypnotized, that any subconscious suggestions would have a powerful effect on the conscious mind.
