- Hello Pamela, Welcome to my world of friends (and others). I only wish I could meet and greet and eat a meal with everyone of my online friends. Tell me more about yourself- my personal email is gilboyne5@aol.com. My daughter, age 50, lives in Denver with her two sons, 16 and 14 yrs. The three of them just returned from a round-the world-trip (backpacking) that lasted a year- (22 countries) Her husband is an intensive care nurse.and a great guy. She has home-schooled the boys from day one and they are brilliant. They visited us here in London for a week and we were delighted to be with them again. I have a standard yorkshire terrier, 1&1/2 yrs old who is adorable and a holy terror for getting into trouble. Well Kiddo, that's all for now. I look forward to hearing from you.

There's a book "Instant Self-Hypnosis" by Forbes Blair. It's not expensive. All about reading to do trance work.
