Agreed, Mr C. But what clinician would ever knowingly prescribe narcotics to feed secondary gain?

Snoring/grunting/involuntary throat sounds are indicative of a partial airway blockage... Not ideal! And apnoea is more about short-duration cessation of breathing, rather than noisy breathing...

Sleep apnoea is common in the obese, so definitely work on the eating and lifestyle habits... It's relatively rare in those with a healthy BMI, so it's effectively a side effect of being obese. So concentrating on a symptom, rather than a problem it…

He says as much himself about the persona, referring to the long leather coat he'd worn as part of his 'uniform' as 'the poncy coat'. Presentation is most of the battle.

Personally, I use the excuse of making time for oneself. Some people just don't do this without being given 'something to do' (i.e. sit/lie there daily and listen- giving oneself well-deserved time for them (as Magners says: 'time dedicated to you')…

Hey, kid. Sorry to hear you had a rough spot lately. But from what I've seen of you I feel confident in your ability to turn around from bad stuff and head into good. Take good care, and good thoughts,

Conrad.

Hi,
"I have no problem with you seeing me as a bunny!
Have a wonderful new year, and a fresh and happy start to another chapter in your life."

I like....fresh and happy start to another chapter in my life.

And after reading that you have no problem with me seeing you as bunny......I can't help but think you have a picture of yourself in a bunny costume. You do don't you.

Now ears up, whiskers out, focus only on my voice.......(and the carrot in my pocket)....that's right.............email Steve the picture of Henxy in the bunny costume, and while you are at it, the one in the Elvira costume, the Wonder Woman costume, the Cat Women costume.........I know, I'm a bad wabit.
Happy New Year

Hello Henxy,
I want to send you a greeting for the Holiday Season but as I look at your picture, I feel like I'm receiving much more than I can offer just from the kindness you have shared with me here on HypnoThoughts.
Did I say I was looking at your picture.....I'm sorry, I was looking at the bunnie picture, never mind.
Happy Holidays,
Steve

Hi Henxy,

I would love to use the technique on the bunny on my bulldog. Maybe I can put some suggestions in his head not to be stubborn. LOL!

Hi Henxy,
Well, things are going as well as can be expected I guess. I am healing nicely and looks like the scars won't be too bad...not that anyone sees them :)
I am about 90% now but still have some discomfort due to the nerves that get damaged during the surgery having to heal. I find I am pretty tired this week by the time I get home from work so I have not been on my 'puter hardly at all so I am a little out of touch with what is going on here on HT. I figure in another 2 weeks I should be nearly pain free and in a month I will be good as new....actually better because now I have had the hernias repaired. Have to get back on my exercise bike and also start working out with some light weights in the new year. Easy does it, as they say.
Hope all is well with you. Are you zapping anyone these days, other than your bunny?
Mike

Sounds great- except that it wouldn't work for me at all because I don't have to feel the least bit hungry to crave dessert, and I wouldn't stop eating dessert just because I felt "full" (if ONLY!). I'd stop eating real "food" if I felt full, but no…
