Pattie, what kind of music are you saying? For example.. I prefer american rap, but to be "active" and energetic, I could listen to some electronic music ( I like it too, but I prefer "relaxing" songs :) )...
Visualization is such a major part in "Self Hypnosis" especially in Bodybuilding the music you listen to plays a important part
it pumps you up mentally so your workout will get bettetr results.

- I'm from Spain and I'm 17 years old. My english isn't so good, but I try to defend HAHA.
I've been learning hypnosis because my father was alcoholic, and a hypnotist made him leave alcohol. Since then, I'm totally confident that hypnosis WORKS.
I like certain areas such as Covert / Street | Impromptu Hypnosis and NLP. Also, I've got rid of some headaches of my parents when they arrive from a long work day, and release the tension of their neck for example (what I want to say is that I'm interested on Clinical Hypnosis, to make people feel better and fix their problems)

Great advise Conrad. The language is there the memory cells just need to be stirred up. Once you get the synapses firing it will be a lot easier.
