I give them information about hypnosis, hypnotize them, we discuss it and then we talk about the goals they can accomplish. The 2nd night we talk about their practice sessions, do some acupressure techniques, write suggestions and more group hypnosis. They love it. If you want the full course with lecture, handouts and scripts, it's available on my website.
