Age Regression / Analytical Hypnotherapy
Last night I did an age regression on myself. The hypnotherapy program I am taking covers age regression, and it is re-opening my mind to the whole "inner child" thing. I have just heard so much "inner child" stuff in my life that it became cheesy and cliche. But I honestly believe it has much validity to it. Meditation vs. Hypnosis
The progressive relaxation induction technique seems very similar to the guided meditation tapes I used to listen to, and I spent some time thinking about the differences. I think the difference between meditation and hypnosis is that with meditation you focus on everything that is happening (with your body and your environment), whereas with hypnosis you let go of all that is happening.
