One thing I have done is to have the person become aware of where the feelings of anxiety start...and where it ends up at...Find out what the cycle is...then cycle it backwards...so it then turns into a new feeling. Then you can future pace this f...

- Hah! Kan tro det. Jag har tänkt tanken om hur det skulle vara att söka upp all den information som jag nu har UTAN att använda Internet. Känns som att det skulle ta stopp vid biblioteket, internet är så bekvämt..
Det enda som jag inte verkligen har hittat är induktioner på svenska, har ju bara svenska vänner att hypnotisera, förutom några som är villiga att bli hypnotiserade på skype. Har börjat att översätta Elmans induction nu :) Hoppas det blir lyckat

En kurs i hypnos skulle verkligen sitta fint, måste ha varit nice att få vara på en, lärde du dig något? :) Hur som, eftersom att plånboken inte tillåter mig att gå på någon kurs så blir det att jag får läsa och leta kunskap varpå en sådan här community är väldigt hjälpsam :)

Jag har inte berättat för pojkvännen att du kommer. Lika bra att vara tyst om det, annars kanske han tycker det är jobbigt. resan, kursen o bandler var toppen. Bandler äger ut alla andra, bara sååå bra. Körde timedistortion med oss så vi trodde att det gått tre timmar när det bara gått en??? vete fan hur han gjorde.
