I do small groups and have all ages (7- 80 year old) in the same group. Mostly I play some soft music in the background and just do slow breathing exercises and progressive relaxation of the body. Then I lead them through a nice beach scene or park…
I have found that allergies are "resentment issues" toward someone or something. With hypnosis you can find the source of these resentments... if nothing else meditate and visualize yourself letting go of these resentment issues. Good luck

The HypnoSummit is twice a year (March and September.) The whole thing is online at www.HypnoSummit.com, so of course there's no travel cost involved. I'm going to an NLP training in Las Vegas next month and travel will be over $1,000, so the HypnoSummit is definitely a good deal! I would encourage you to give it a try. I'm really excited about attending and learning myself.
