What are you looking for on this site?
Support to questions I have in my Hypnotherapy Practice. An opportunity to continue learning more about Hypnotherapy. I have solved so many personal issues through Trancendental Meditation and Hypnosos, that inspired me to become a Hypnotherapist.
About Me:
I am happy to be a recent graduate of The Infinity Institute run by the wonderful Dr. Anne Spencer and Dr. "J" Jerome Becham. I am a new member of IACT, Birmingham, Michigan run by Kim Manning. Keep up the great work Kim and staff. I have I have been using Transendental Meditation for over 25 years, hosting meditation groups. I found that Self Hypnosis is a quicker method to get personal results, thus the reason I have become certified as a Hypnotherapist.
I am a father of two beautiful boys, and have recenlty moved to Clarkston, Michigan, bought our dream house on Heather Lake. I grew up in Toronto where Hypnosis is main stream, hoping to see it become mainstream in Michigan as well :)
Hobbies:
I enjoy sports, music, art, playing with my boys, taking the fishing. I've travelled the world, continue to travel. I enjoy giving back and helping others.

New Client says she is considering suicide during intake

Hi All,

This is a first for me, Today, a new client says she is considering suicide for her mistakes from the past. She has been kicked out of her Catholic church, didn't say why, yet feels God does not want her to live.

Ton's of guilt, shame and fear during the intake. She also implicated the leader of the church saying that he told her, as a child, that is she didn't "Please him" that God would send her and her whole family to hell. Unbelievable stuff.

I'm looking for advise on her saying s… Continue

Very gratifying to help through hypnosis

Hello to everyone,

I'd like to say that, as a newer Hypnotherapist, I find it very gratifying to see the great results that Hypnosis can provide to my clients. I recently worked with a lady who refused to leave her house, elderly, widowed, she felt unloved and sceptical to those that approached her. She had worked with a Circle Therapist for over two years, yet remained in her home, as she described it, "Her personal Dungeon", lots of guilt for the past..

She saw an arti

Michigan pizza! I shudder at the mere thought of it. ; ) I lived way too many years in the Chicago area eating John's, Giordano's, Edwardo's, etc. I am/was spoiled by great pizza. Th

en I moved to San Diego. Pizza here is like Christmas at 95 degrees and no snow. (That is how my very first Christmas in Cali was. I love the weather here, but...I'm dreaming of a white Christmas... ) It takes a lot of searching for great pizza here.

Luckily, not far from us is a small Italian place. The owners are from Italy via New York, so we are happy. It's a combo of real Italian (Italy style) pizza and New York pizza. Delish!

Hi Scott... thanks for extending the connection. I have no idea about the company you asked as I don't follow that sector closely. You may want to try Google.

Have a great Christmas

I agree that the recipient returning the favor in some way is a gracious and smart thing to do, but I wouldn't want to require it.

Mandating reciprocity takes the fun and personal value out of giving back. I hope people think the same way you do, because that will make the event way more fun and successful.

Thanks,
Scott

I'm considering getting rid of the member number thing, as it only seems to be working for people who joined since it got installed. We will see if that can be fixed, otherwise I'm gonna pull the plug on it.

Thanks for checking in though,
Scott
