Alcoholism is unfortunately very common, and I'm happy that you have succeded to getout of the addiction so long ago.
I can say that my patient is eager to be sober, and he is trying, so I must do something wrong.
I will talk to him and make my own thinking about the problem, and then return so we can have a conversation.

Jeg har lige fået en ny klient, en alkoholiker, og mit problem er, at jeg har meget svært ved at komme ind til ham.
Det er rimeligt nemt at hypnotisere ham, men det er vanskeligt at få de rigtige reaktioner fra ham i behandlingen.
Har du et godt råd, jeg kan bruge?
