Losing weight with visualization techniques and PIZZA!!!
I thought I would take a moment to share some exciting news. As a nutrition counselor and certified hypnotherapist I was asked to work with a local pizza owner on a 30 day pizza experiment to promote his business. I drafted a guideline based on his daily caloric needs and metabolic rate of how many slices and what types of pizza (topping etc) he should eat.
