64

I don't know if anyone else does this, but around the number 50 (by a rough estimate), I decided to start counting. (Right now I just do Hypnosis informally). Saturday, I just hit number 64.

Thursday I was at party of like minded people and the subject of hypnosis came up (specifically "James does it") and I hypnotized 7 people. It was kinda interesting because the music was blaring, and quite loud. Though I was still able to the people under and able to interact with them in trance. One of the… Continue

Self Hypnosis Presentation

Wed I did a short presentation on Self Hypnosis Techniques.

We had 3 people show up. I did inductions on all of the people before hand and brought them out. (2, I've hypnotized before, the 3rd it was her first experience).

Basically I talked about Hypnosis and some theories of the mind (or my understanding about it). Also explained fractionation and that I would be using it.

For the procedure:
* Inhale, focus your eyes at the very top of the sockets
* Hold your breath, feel the tension buildi… Continue

More practice

Chatted with Antonio on Skype Sunday and he did a Skypenosis session on me.

Later I met with one of the Expats (from a group interested in Alternative Healing Methods) and went through the speel I plan to do for my presentation on Hypnosis and Self Hypnosis. I did a few Self Hypnosis inductions on him and repeated about 3 times to fractionation. Afterwards I did some instant inductions.

I think count wise I've done about 50 inductions. (Despite not knowing the exact count, I'm going to make th… Continue

Dropping People at Rieki

A bunch of people, one of the expat groups who are interested in Alternative Healing and other complimentary healing methods gotether a few weeks ago. One of the members offered to teach a Reiki course, so we had that last weekend.

At the Reiki course I started discussing hypnotism with people (the first time I have 'come out fhe closet' on the subject), everyone was very receptive to it. So basically I wound up hypnotizing (individually) almost everyone in the class. (Including the instructor)… Continue

Back from Manchester/Liverpool

Got back a few hours ago from the Speed Trance Seminar in Manchester. It was really fun. I met John Cerbone and Richard Nongard (the instructors) as well as Jonathan Royal and lots of other UK Hypnotists.

I was able to more than double the number of inductions, I have "under my belt".

I mentioned it to someone I know locally and they asked me to hypnotize them to help them loose weight. So I now may have a practice client.
