It depends on how willing they are to participate. If you have a very willing and accepting subject you can have them do some amazing things. As Tommy stated the mind is the largest sexual organ.
Well, since the brain is the largets sexual organ, I believe this is definitely possible. Think about it....imagination.

What answer are you looking for? Orgasm is just a response to a trigger, that's all. Just like cough, sneeze, hiccup, etc. Tell the somnambulistic subject that when you do "this" (aka whatever trigger you want)...they will get the big "O". Viola. I do this with online hypnosis and have made more women orgasm that the rock group Nirvana. LOL
